Celebs Share Their Quarantine Workouts

Must read

Being stuck inside is not all that bad, especially if you think about the many opportunities it presents everyone.

We are not in the most ideal of situations right now. Many of us are forced to stay inside our homes with very little to do. And those that are needed outside—essential workers—are putting their own lives at risk in order to save people and keep our society moving.

But if there’s one thing that history tells us, it’s that humans are very adaptable creatures. We adjust well, and oftentimes, come out of tough situations, better and stronger. Many of our favorite celebrities want you to do just this and are sharing their personal exercise regimens in the hope of inspiring everyone to use their free time to work on their fitness goals.

Let’s take a look at some of the biggest names who are sharing their fitness secrets and try to learn a thing or two from them!

Naomi Campbell

The supermodel and “Making the Cut” judge regularly encourages all her followers to workout with her through Instagram Live. These sessions are normally led by her personal trainer, Joe Holder, via Facetime, which really proves that they are Naomi’s actual workouts.

Aimee Song

Aimee Song is a New York Times bestselling author, fashion blogger-slash-designer, and one of Forbes 30 Under 30 back in 2016. She leads a pack of influencers who share daily weekday workouts with everyone using Instagram Live, including Mary Lawless Lee, Emily Oberg, and Amanda Kloots. Her specialty? Strengthening and sculpting!

Robbie Amell

Quarantined in California, the Flash and Code 8 actor recently worked with Men’s Health to create a video that showcases his home workout, which he does inside his garage that also doubles as a gym. One advantage Stephen Amell’s cousin has compared to most is his gym equipment, which by the looks of it, allows him to work pretty much every muscle of his body. You can watch the said video here.

Kate Upton

The supermodel and entrepreneur has been advocating the idea of bettering oneself while on quarantine for weeks now. Through her Instagram posts, Kate leads people to try Strong4Me Fitness, a program she created with professional fitness trainer Ben Bruno. The program is designed specifically to help any busy woman of any fitness level create a stronger, healthier version of herself through sustainable practice.

Kelly Ripa

The legendary actress and host recently posted an Instagram Story to let all her followers know how she does her workout at home, and as it turns out, like most of us, she follows what experts do online. Tagging obé, a company that offers live and on-demand exercise streaming, she confesses that she is not a spokesperson for the brand but has been on it for years.

With so much time in our hands, the quarantine period may well be the perfect opportunity to get the body you’ve always dreamed of. But don’t let what others are doing put too much pressure on you. These are stressful times and if you don’t feel like starting your fitness journey today, don’t force it. Just make sure to take care of your mental health and your wellbeing. Stay home and always sanitize.
