Atlanta, GA (7 December 2020) — America’s home cooks, rejoice! With the pandemic forcing us to make and consume more meals at home, some of us may find that cooking has lost its fun. Worry not, because this new collection of custom spice blends launching on Kickstarter promises to bring the fire back into your kitchen.

Created by Chef Darrell “DAS” Smith, Spice Sack helps both new and experienced cooks tackle any culinary challenge with confidence. Available in three varieties: French Toast, Seafood Splash, and Chef’s Blend, Spice Sack helps to enhance flavor, shorten preparation time, and cut down on the number of individual ingredients needed in recipes.

Chef Das’ passion for food has landed him appearances on the Food Network and the Oprah Winfrey Network, an opportunity to cook for then-First Lady Michelle Obama’s luncheon in 2014, and a job as the personal chef of Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Today, he wants to share his prized culinary secrets with foodies and home cooks of all skill levels through Spice Sack’s custom spice blends.

“For many inexperienced cooks, the process of knowing the perfect ingredients to season a dish, as well as the right amounts, can be an intimidating and time-consuming process,” says Chef Das. “Through Spice Sack, I want to help millions of people step into the kitchen with confidence.”

Spice Sack’s campaign launched on Kickstarter on November 14th with a goal to raise $25,000. Backers of Spice Sack’s kickstarter can expect to enjoy great rewards, such as digital recipes, an autographed copy of Chef Das’ book, “Now Look Who’s Cooking”, a themed zoom cooking class of their choice, and dibs on all-new Spice Sack products.
